A form on this site sends the fields you can see. That is your name, your email if you add one, your phone, the size band you pick on the lower form, how current the books are, and the note you write. There is no hidden field that stores something else.
If you choose a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes those details and they reach the same person.
A page view stores two random identifiers in your own browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. It stays on our server. It is there so we can see which pages earn their place.
If the browser sends Do Not Track, that recording does not happen.
There is no advertising pixel, no visitor identification product, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages keeps ordinary request logs for security and rate limits.
To answer you, to prepare for a talk you asked for, to do the work if you engage the practice, to see which pages are useful, to keep junk out of the form, and to meet ordinary record duties.
Personal information is not sold. It is not shared for someone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine.
A note is kept long enough to answer it, and longer only while an engagement and the records behind it require that. Call and say you want it gone, and it goes.
You can ask what is held and ask for a correction. The same phone reaches the person who can do that.
The booking page uses a Microsoft calendar. The name and the time you pick there reach the same practice as a form on this site. We ask that calendar only for the time you chose and the note the screen already shows.
This site is written for the owner of a business. We do not seek information about a child, and a note that is clearly about a child is deleted rather than filed. A request to see, correct, or remove a note can name the page it came from, so the right note is the one we find.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change is made on the page itself.
