The work is your books, your return, and the choices still open before December. The same person who keeps the month prepares the return. You are not passed from a close to a stranger when the year needs a form.
First talk
The person on the phone
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. The phone is +1 844-324-7273.
The call reaches Steven Palmieri. There is no switchboard in front of the close.
We do the close. You keep the other days, and you keep the admin login. A mentor at SCORE or the SBDC can stay in your week. We will not pretend that a mentoring hour closed the month, and we will not rank other people who do this work.
You do not have to cross the city for the work. A morning in Bishop Arts or an afternoon in the Design District still reaches us by screen share, and we open that call by asking which month the bank last agreed with. Uptown can stay busy while the close happens on a day you chose. The neighborhood is yours. The month is the work.
The same close fits a Design District showroom, a small office near Stemmons, and a counter in Bishop Arts. The city is large. The month is still one month. Sales tax, hotel occupancy tax, and the property list land in those books when they belong to the business.
30 minutes
How a first talk works
A 30-minute call creates no engagement and no ongoing duty. On that call we say what the month actually shows, and we will also say when the honest answer is that the help can wait. The practice does not start the close until both signatures are on a letter that states the job and the price.
Bring the last month you trust, or say you do not have one. That is more useful than a long history. If a date is pressing, name it. April's property list, May's franchise report, and the sales tax morning are all easier when they are said early.
You can read the site and leave. The reading stays. If you write, we read the note before anyone calls, so you do not have to tell it twice.
A clear no
What we will say no to
We will not sign a report that a lender treats as assurance. That limit lives on the disclosures page, and the phone answer matches it. What sits under that request can still be made ready before the signing meeting. We will not run payday after the payroll provider is set up, and we will not invent a tax result.
The offer is ordinary. The books get kept. The month gets closed. The return follows. The rest of your week does not change hands.
