A figure gets onto a page only when the publisher of that figure is named. A statute or an agency figure on these pages names the section or the page it came from. A number remembered from a meeting does not go on the page. Market talk stays attributed to the company that printed it.
Before a page is published, the figures are checked against the source named with them. Statements about the work are read against the limits that sit lower on this same page. Examples stay free of client names and client figures. A layout on the site shows structure. That layout is not a promise about the file you will hand us.
A wrong figure is replaced on the page, or the figure comes off the page. We do not hide a wrong figure inside a softer line. The date on a changed page moves with the change. Call the phone in the footer and say what you found.
We will not give a monthly read on books that are still open. An open month gets closed first, or we say on the first call that we will not start. You hear which of those two it will be before any agreement is signed.
A source on these pages names the office that published the figure. If a later reading of that office disagrees, the page changes and the date on the page moves with the change. A layout shows structure only. It carries no client figures. Examples stay free of client names.
Call the phone in the footer if a figure on a page does not match the office that published it.
Steven Palmieri is not a CPA. An audit, a review, and a compilation each give assurance, so each of them stays with a firm allowed to sign that report. When a lender asks for an assurance report, the first call says so, and we point you toward a firm that is allowed to sign it.
Setting up payroll means choosing the provider you will run. This practice does not process payroll. An examination and an appeal are both outside this engagement, and we will not attend either one in your place. When a notice asks for records, we gather those records and we answer that document request from the closed books.
Someone who does not hold the license can still prepare a return, advise an owner on the running of the business, and prepare statements that carry no assurance report. Signing an audit, a review, a compilation, or any report that gives assurance is reserved for a person who holds the license.
Readers can check the assurance limit in sections 901.451, 901.453, and 901.456 of the Texas Occupations Code on the capitol statutes site.
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. The footer of every page carries +1 844-324-7273, and that is the line that reaches the person who keeps the books in Dallas. The person who closes your month in Dallas is the same person who prepares the return from those months.
A visitor will not find a street address on this site, and will not find an email address either. Nothing in the hidden data block goes beyond the words already printed for a person to read.
Skyline, Reunion Tower, and Fair Park photographs are adapted from Eric Statzer, Kevin D. Hartnell, and Andreas Praefcke. Dallas City Hall photographs are from Kent Wang and David R. Tribble. Old Red Museum and the Municipal Building photographs are from Joe Mabel. The Winspear Opera House photographs are from Andreas Praefcke. Pioneer Plaza is from Dfwcre8tive. Those photographs stay under the Creative Commons licenses named with them. Notebook, ledger, calculator, and receipt photographs are used under the Pixabay Content License.
This site is one front door of a single practice. Each door is named for the search that brought the owner in, so a person who wants the books closed does not land on a page written for a different question. Every front door on this practice is answered by one person at one phone. The practice hub is stevenpalmieri.com. stevenpalmieri.com is the one outbound link this site allows. These pages do not send you onward to a second website of the practice.
